Red Fang has unveiled their new Blade to Waste video game today.
The game is inspired by the band’s “Arrows” music video, which finds the band members using katanas to chop down various objects. Relapse Records will be rewarding the best players with prizes, including the Red Fang x Psycho Las Vegas Fortune Hunter Gambler’s Pack (a custom deck of cards, casino-grade dice, a forged metal challenge coin with a custom box, Arrows vinyl and a t-shirt). To enter, players must send a screenshot of their highest score to social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) tagging Red Fang with the hashtag #bladetowaste. The contest will conclude at midnight on January 1. The game can be played here.
Red Fang’s latest studio album Arrows, which peaked at number 15 on the Heatseekers Albums chart, is out right now.
Since 2009, MP3s and NPCs owner Terrance Pryor has written about music, conventions, cosplay, and video games for publications such as AXS, Examiner, Fake Walls, and Ranker. Based out of Los Angeles, the former rock concert promoter/radio host can be seen talking about rock music on AXS TV’s Music’s Greatest Mysteries and discussing music and whatever else on their Black Man Talks Rock channel on YouTube.
