Imagine Dragons to perform at The Game Awards 2021, Players' Voice voting is now live
Imagine Dragons will make their return to The Game Awards next week.
Revealed today, the rock band, who performed at The Game Awards in 2014, will have a special performance alongside some special guests. Imagine Dragons have collaborated with a handful of video game studios, including Riot Games. The band’s single “Warriors” was used as the theme for the 2014 League of Legends World Championship. Imagine Dragons also contributed to the soundtrack for Arcane: League of Legends with the track “Enemy (feat. JID).” In September, the band unveiled their new studio album Mercury – Act 1, which features the singles “Follow You” and “Wrecked.” Imagine Dragons join previously announced musical guest Sting.
That’s not the only big news The Game Awards dropped today. Fans can now take part of the Players’ Voice awards, which finds out what game is considered the best game of 2021 according to millions of fans. The winner is revealed after three rounds. The first round of voting is live here.
The Game Awards, which starts at 8 p.m. EST/5 p.m. PST, will air live on numerous streaming platforms, including Twitch and YouTube.
