WATCH: Green Day, Grimes, and CHVRCHES perform at The Game Awards

Last night, The Game Awards took over Los Angeles’ Microsoft Theater, and fans were treated to some amazing performances. Kicking the night off were CHVRCHES, who performed “Death Stranding”with The Game Awards orchestra. The song is taken from Death Stranding’s soundtrack Death Stranding: Timefall, which includes songs from acts such as Bring Me The Horizon and The Neighbourhood.

Midway through the show, Grimes delivered a performance of “4ÆM,” which will be featured in the soundtrack for Cyberpunk 2077. Aside from providing music, Grimes also lent her voice to the character Lizzy Wizzy. “4ÆM” stems from their forthcoming studio album Miss Anthropocene, which arrives on February 21, 2020. Cyberpunk 2077 will be released on April 16, 2020 on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Stadia, and Microsoft Windows.

Beloved rockers Green Day performed “Welcome To Paradise” and “Father of All...” The band revealed a handful of their songs will be featured in the VR music game Beat Saber. The Green Day pack, which is out now, will cost $8.99.
