Read MoreLast week, System of a Down, Korn, Faith No More, Helmet, and Russian Circles began sharing the same image online, which led many to believe something big was going to be announced. Today, System of A Down revealed they’re headlining Los Angeles' Banc Of California Stadium on May 22.
The band will be joined by the aforementioned acts as support. Tickets will go on sale this Friday (February 7) at 10 a.m. PST.
While System of a Down are in a standstill about recording new music, other acts performing will be present to promote material of their own. Back in September, Korn released their 13th studio album The Nothing, which peaked at number eight on the Billboard Top 200 chart. Helmet are working on the follow up to 2016’s Dead to the World. Russian Circles will be promoting their latest album Blood Year. Last month, Faith No More told Kerrang! they’re not focused on heading back to the studio right now.
