System of a Down announce Toronto, Chicago, and NYC/NJ shows
System of a Down have announced a trio of rare headlining performances across North America next summer.
Today, the band announced headlining shows in New Jersey (Metlife Stadium), Chicago (Solider Field), and Toronto (Rogers Stadium). Each city will feature a different co-headlining act with Korn joining the band in New Jersey, Avenged Sevenfold appearing in Chicago, and Deftones taking the stage in Toronto. Polyphia and Wisp will be the opening acts for all three shows.
Tour dates can be seen below. Tickets for the Toronto and New Jersey shows will go on sale to the general public this Friday (December 13) at noon EST while tickets for the Chicago show will go on sale that same day at noon CST.
