System of a Down to hold 'Toxicity' 25th anniversary exhibition in Los Angeles
Grammy-winning metal band System of a Down will celebrate the 25th anniversary of Toxicity with a special exhibition in Los Angeles.
Revealed today, the week-long exhibition will take place from Tuesday, October 13 through Sunday, October 18 at Beyond The Streets (434 N La Brea Street). The exhibition will feature rare artifacts from the Toxicity era, immersive installations, photography, and exclusive merch. The exhibition will be free to the general public, and it’ll run from 12 p.m. - 8 p.m. from Tuesday through Friday and 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Released in 2001, Toxicity became System of a Down’s first number-one album. The 15-track album includes the band’s most popular song with “Chop Suey!,” which earned a Grammy nomination for Best Metal Performance. The release also includes the singles "Aerials" and the title track.
Next month, System of a Down will perform at Sick New World Texas. Early next year, the band will perform in Brazil, Australia, and New Zealand alongside Faith No More. Tour dates can be seen below. Tickets are on sale to the general public right now here.
