Swiss grunge psychedelic-rockers Annie Taylor announce debut album 'Sweet Mortality,' release new song "A Thousand Times"

Swiss rockers Annie Taylor will unveil their debut album Sweet Mortality this year.

Announced today, the 12-track release will arrive in stores on May 8 via Taxi Gauche. The release was produced by David Langhard, who is best known for their work with Klaus Johann Grobe and Deathrope.

To celebrate the announcement, the band released the first single from the album called “A Thousand Tmes,” which you can hear below. "A Thousand Times' is a seemingly breezy optimistic and melancholic song about resinous things in life. It’s about people who are feeling down and the song is to let them know, that they are not the only ones feeling like that. It’s about getting together, exchanging and accepting help from others. You know, like “Got nowhere to go, told you so, you held me in your arms, when I felt small,’” vocalist Gini Jungi said in a statement.

Pre-orders for Sweet Mortality can be made here. This is the follow up to their 2019 debut EP Not Yours!
