itch.io unveil massive game bundle to support racial justice and equality

Indie game store itch.io are doing their part to support racial justice and equality with an unbelievable bundle.

For the minimum price of $5, you can grab over 740 projects from over 560 creators. Some of the games featured in this bundle include Oxenfree, Pet the Pup at the Party, and Super Bernie World. More projects will be added to the bundle. Overall, this bundle will feature over $3,400 worth of projects.

When the bundle deal ends in over a week, half of the proceeds will go towards NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund while the other half goes to Community Bail Fund. While they originally had a $200,000 goal, itch.io raised it to $500,000 after it was reached in a few hours. With it nearing $300,000 as of this writing, it wouldn’t be surprising if it reach $500,000 before the weekend is over.

Please note that Steam keys are not present in this bundle. You can head here to pick it up and discover your new favorite games.

EDIT: itch.io managed to raise $1 million dollars in less than 24 hours. Their new goal stands at $2 million.
