Singer-songwriter Gitit Shoval to record new EP on YouTube livestream

Israeli-American singer-songwriter Gitit Shoval will celebrate their 50th year in music with a special five-day livestream.

Shoval will record their new five-song EP live on their YouTube channel from May 30 through June 3. After recording the EP, it’ll be released to the public.

Shoval said this about the forthcoming livestream:

“5 5 5 will be the first time I will be allowing myself to really open up and be vulnerable while everyone is watching. I will need to bring my full creativity under immense pressure and still be my best. Wow! It is going to be a unique and inspiring experience. It will be the most exposed position I have ever put myself in. Am I scared? Sure. Do I have second thoughts? No! Am I excited? Oh Yes! Producing an album live in only five days is an incredibly challenging feat. A challenge that I am so excited to take upon myself and share with you.”

Shoval’s last release was their 2022 EP Gitit Shoval Autumn Leaves.
