Ozzy Osbourne will be having a special appearance and signing in Long Beach, California.

Announced yesterday, the iconic rocker will appear at Fingerprints on Saturday, September 10, which is a day after Osbourne’s new album Patient Number 9 drops worldwide. To attend, fans must pre-order a copy of the new record through Fingerprints’ online store. Check-in for the event will begin at noon with signings beginning at 2 p.m. No photos will be allowed during the signing, and all attendees must wear a mask. Fingerprints is located on 420 East 4th Street, which is a few blocks away from the A Line (Blue).

Patient Number 9 is the follow-up to Osbourne’s 2020’s Ordinary Man. The 13-track album reunited the artist with Ordinary Man producer Andrew Watt. The album features guest appearances from artists such as Zakk Wylde, Black Sabbath co-founder Tony Iommi, and the late Taylor Hawkins of Foo Fighters.

Osbourne said this about working on the album:

“My last album (Ordinary Man) was released just a few weeks before the pandemic started, and I was just about getting ready to go into the studio to work on this new one when the world shut down. It’s no secret that the last four years have been very difficult for me but making this album took my mind off of my problems.”
