I Fight Dragons to go on hiatus, announce show at Chicago's Bottom Lounge
Chiptune rock band I Fight Dragons will be taking a break following their remaining performances of the year.
Revealed today, the band will go on hiatus after their newly announced headlining show at Chicago’s Bottom Lounge on December 30th. Pre-sale tickets for the show will go on sale tomorrow (October 10) at 10 a.m. CST here with the code “SMELLYALATER.” Tickets will go on sale to the general public this Friday (October 13) at 10 a.m. CST.
The band said this about their forthcoming show:
You read that right folks, IFD is going to be going on hiatus. It's a tough decision, but it's the right one for the band members for now. And to be clear, we're not breaking up, just taking a break. Don't think of it as goodbye, think of it as "Smell Ya Later".
On that note, we're going to take the stage one more time - a "Smell Ya Later" show Dec. 30th in Chicago at Bottom Lounge, and it's going to be one for the ages (all ages, actually).
Before their Bottom Lounge performance, I Fight Dragons will be opening for Ludo at HalLUDOween 2023 on Friday October 27 at The Pageant in St. Louis. Tickets for this show are on sale to the general public right now here.
