Wargroove 2 announced for Nintendo Switch and PC

The sequel to 2019’s praised turn-based strategy game Wargroove has been announced today.

Wargroove 2 is slated for a release on the Nintendo Switch and PC. Unlike Wargroove, the sequel is being developed by Robotality, who are best known for their titles Halfway and Pathway. Chucklefish, who developed and published the first game, will still be on hand to publish the sequel.

Simon Bachmann, Art Director at Robotality said this about working on the game:

“We’re thrilled to be back partnering with Chucklefish to bring the next iteration of the Wargroove series. It’s been a pleasure taking Wargroove to the next level, in a way which feels fresh and exciting for strategy fans, whilst still being true to a community who are passionate about this world and its characters.

All of us at Robotality have had a great time developing the next chapter in the Wargroove universe, and we hope fans will have as much fun playing, as we have creating”.
