R&B superstar The Weeknd will drop their new album Dawn FM on Friday, and on January 6, they’ll offer a special livestream event in celebration of the release.

Announced today, the 103.5 Dawn FM livestream event will take place starting at 12 a.m. EST/9 p.m. PST on Amazon Music’s Twitch channel and the Amazon Music app. Special merch will be available to purchase starting at 8 p.m. EST/5 p.m. PST that same day. Fans will be able to purchase these items for only 48 hours.

The Weeknd said this about the upcoming stream:

“The power of the 103.5 Dawn FM experience is that maximum fulfillment comes when all who hear it are tuned in at the same time.”

Dawn FM will be the follow-up to The Weeknd’s 2020 studio album After Hours, which features the record-setting hit “Blinding Lights.” The record will feature guest appearances from Jim Carrey, Tyler, the Creator, and Lil Wayne.
