Los Angeles always has a plethora of events going down at every corner. Whether it’s a convention or some local stand-up comedy, there’s always something to do if you’re looking to leave the house. We look at some of the best events going down in Los Angeles this week (November 10 through November 16).
Thursday, November 13
Ana Fabrega: Get The Chicken Out The House @ UCB Theatre (5919 Franklin Ave.)
Doors: 6:45 p.m. (tickets)
Los Espookys co-creator Ana Fabrega will take over UCB Theatre for two tapings of their forthcoming comedy special Get The Chicken Out Of The House. The second taping will go down at 9 p.m. (tickets on sale here).
Street Fighter League: Round One (1121 Chestnut St.)
Doors: 12 p.m. (tickets)
Street Fighter League will be live from Burbank this weekend, and they're inviting fans to come out and support their favorite Street Fighter combatant. FlyQuest, Bandits, Red Rooster, Shopify Rebellion, 2Game, Kuaishou Gaming, and Team Falcons will compete for a spot at Capcom Cup in Japan. The tournament will run through Sunday.
Vlad Holiday, HAERTS @ The Echo (1822 W Sunset Blvd.)
Doors: 7 p.m. (tickets)
Vlad Holiday will headline The Echo in support of their debut album My Favorite Drug. Holiday's current headlining run follows their support slot on Cage the Elephant's tour. HAERTS will be the opening act.
Chalk, INTESTINEHEAD @ Gold-Diggers (5632 Santa Monica Blvd.)
Doors: 7 p.m. (tickets) 21+
Irish post-punk act Chalk will make their way to Gold-Diggers on their current North American tour. This year, the band offered the Conditions III EP and the standalone singles "Pain" and "Can't Feel It." Chalk's debut album is slated for a 2026 release. INTESTINEHEAD will be the opening act.
Friday, November 14
Total Request Burlesque - HBQ Fest Fundraiser @ El Cid (4212 Sunset Blvd.)
Doors: 7 p.m. (tickets) 18+
A slew of burlesque models will join forces to help raise money for the 2026 Hollywood Burlesque Festival. At Total Request Burlesque, each model will have to dance to whatever song raised the most money before their intro. Hosted by DeeDee Cupcake, the event will feature models Miss Spent Youth, Ginger Valentine, Veronica Voss, Egypt Blaqye Knyle, Stella St. James, Miss May, Angie Cakes, and Vix Versa.
Saturday, November 15
Marvel Rivals 1st Year Anniversary Event @ Chronoverse HQ (Fun Ton Stage One) (315 S. Flower St.)
Doors: 11 a.m. (tickets)
Marvel Rivals will celebrate its 1st anniversary in Burbank will a slew of voice talent, including Jon Bailey (Jeff the Land Shark), Xanthe Huyhn (Dagger), and Jon Bailey (Jeff the Land Shark). Aside from autographs, attendees can also witness panels and a costume contest. While free tickets are sold out, fans can still register in person. VIP and Lord tickets, which offer a slew of bonuses such as guaranteed entry, are still on sale to the general public.
Likeminds! A Comedy Quiz Gameshow @ UCB Theatre (5919 Franklin Ave.)

Hosted by Joey Bland (Improvised Shakespeare, Jeopardy!), Likeminds! A Comedy Quiz Gameshow will pit comedians against each other in a trivia battle. Competitors will be revealed soon. Livestream tickets are also available.
Scene Kids' '80s Punk House Party @ The H.I.T. Comedy at The Broadwater (6320 Santa Monica Blvd.)
Doors: 11:45 p.m. (free)
Scene Kids Improv will celebrate 80s punk with some comedy, improv, music, and free pizza. L.A. hardcore punk band Giggleguts will provide live music while Liam McEneaney, Sarah Fatemi, and Robert Thompson will provide stand-up comedy. Attendees will also witness sketch comedy from Trifecta. Scene Kids Improv will also deliver some humor with special improv guests Pepper Berry, Cat Gee, Sean Michael Boozer, and Lexie Skye. While the show is free, donations will be appreciated.
Sunday, November 16
The Sober Show @ UCB Theatre (5919 Franklin Ave.)
Doors: 6:45 p.m. (tickets)
At The Sober Show, improvisers will get together to do improv based on drunk stories from the audience. Will Hines, Jim Woods, Josh Simpson, Sydney Steinberg, Skander Halim, Caroline Cummings, and Amanda Bonar will be the cast for Sunday's performance. Livestream tickets are also available. The cast is subject to change.
Adamn Killa @ The Echo (1822 W Sunset Blvd.)

If you're not afraid of the grind, head to The Echo for a headlining performance from Adamn Killa. The hip-hop artist has been going viral this year for delivering their Arrest Me Daddy dance, which has found them on stage alongside acts such as Chance The Rapper and PinkPantheress. The artist will be supporting their latest album Generational Run.
Since 2009, MP3s and NPCs owner Terrance Pryor has written about music, conventions, cosplay, and video games for publications such as AXS, Examiner, Fake Walls, and Ranker. Based out of Los Angeles, the former rock concert promoter/radio host can be seen talking about rock music on AXS TV’s Music’s Greatest Mysteries and discussing music and whatever else on their Black Man Talks Rock channel on YouTube.
