Friday, April 17

Avatar, Fleshgod Apocalypse @ The Novo (800 W Olympic Blvd.)

Doors: 6:30 p.m. (tickets)

Avatar's upcoming U.S. tour will hold its second stop at The Novo this Friday. The band will be supporting their new studio album Don't Go in the Forest, which features the charting singles "Tonight We Must Be Warriors" and "Captain Goat." Fleshgod Apocalypse and Frozen Soul will be the opening acts.

Pass That Blunt @ UCB Theatre (5919 Franklin Ave.)

Doors: 9:45 p.m. (tickets)

Pass That Blunt returns to kick off the 4/20 weekend with improv based on the audience's stoner stories. The cast for Friday's show includes Jacquis Neal, Phil Jackson, Corin Wells, Lamar Jackson, Ronnie Adrian, Aman Adumer, and Genetra Tull.

Saturday, April 18

Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour 2026 @ Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall (665 West Jefferson Blvd.)

Doors: 9 a.m. (free tickets)

A handful of free tickets are left for this weekend's Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour 2026 event at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall. Ticket registration will close on Thursday (April 17) at 11:30 p.m. All ticket holders will gain an exclusive backpack. Walk-up spectators are welcome to join the crowd, but they won't get the backpack. More information about the event can be found here.

Suicide Commando @ 1720 (1720 East 16th)

Belgian electro-industrial act Suicide Commando will have their final performance in the United States this Saturday, and they're bringing an exclusive vintage performance for the occasion. Their last studio album was 2022's Goddestruktor. Choke Chain and Inva//id will also perform.

My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult @ Teragram Ballroom (1234 W 7th St.)

Doors: 6 p.m. (tickets)

My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult will conclude their U.S. tour with a stop at Teragram Ballroom on Saturday. Light Asylum, Die Sexual, Devora, and Heavy Halo will be the opening acts.

Insane Clown Posse @ The Novo (800 W Olympic Blvd.)

Doors: 7 p.m. (tickets)

Insane Clown Posse's headlining tour will hit up The Novo this Saturday. The iconic act will be in town promoting their latest studio album The Naught. Come prepared for the Faygo showers.
