Friday, May 14
The Blast Off (Magnet Theater) - 7 p.m. EST/4 p.m. PST (watch here)
The Blast Off is a monthly program showcasing the best improv from around the world. For this show, Fabio and Old Hookers Social Club will be taking the virtual stage. While the show is free on Twitch, viewers can drop a few dollars in Magnet Theater’s virtual hat.
Saturday, May 15
Puppet Improv Kid Time! (Baton Rouge Improv Fest) - 4 p.m. EST/1 p.m. PST (watch here)
Puppet Improv Kid Time will bring something different to the table. Some of the best puppet performers out there will join Brian Jones (The Muppets, Muppets Most Wanted, Brian Henson's Puppet Up!) for an event made for the whole family.
Improvising Shakespeare (Impro Theatre) - 5 p.m. EST/2 p.m. PST (watch here)
Students from Impro Theatre’s Advanced Shakespeare class will show off their skills with an improvised play that Shakespeare would enjoy. The group will hold a second performance on Sunday, May 16 at 9 p.m. EST/6 p.m. PST. Donate to Impro Theatre here.
Ratas de Dos Patas (Baton Rouge Improv Fest) - 10 p.m. EST/7 p.m. EST (watch here)
Hailing from Chicago, Ratas de Dos Patas have been turning heads in the region with performances at Femprovisor Fest and Melanin Festival. For the Baton Rouge Improv Festival, they’re paying homage to Sabado Gigante with Ratas Gigante.

Impro Theatre’s Pulp Playhouse (Baton Rouge Improv Fest) - 8 p.m. EST/5 p.m. EST (watch here)
Impro Theatre will bring their Pulp Playhouse to Baton Rouge Improv Festival for a special performance. Directed by Brian Lohmann, the Pulp Playhouse dives into the wild stories found in pulp novels with help from the Impro LAB Ensemble.
