Read MoreWeeks after announcing their new studio album Eternal Echo, New Jersey rockers Shades Apart have unveiled the first single from the release.
The band’s new single “Thread” can be streamed below. In a statement about the track, the band said:
"Thread was the first track we wrote together after an extended hiatus. The overwhelming energy of the song and the ease in which it came together made us realize we had to continue writing music. Although it came early in the songwriting process, it set the tone for what would eventually become Eternal Echo."

New Jersey rockers Shades Apart will unveil their first studio album in 19 years with Eternal Echo.
Announced today, the album will be released on August 28th via Hellminded Records. A teaser for the album can be seen below. The first single from the record will be released on July 27. Pre-orders for Eternal Echo will launch that same day. The album was mixed and mastered by Jason Livermore at The Blasting Room in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Eternal Echo is the follow up to Shades Apart’s 2001 studio album Sonic Boom.
