Strictly Limited Games to re-release DJ Remute's 'Technoptimistic' and 'The Cult of Remute'

Strictly Limited Games will re-release a pair of DJ Remute’s beloved albums.

Announced today, the techno producer will release 2019’s Technoptimistic and 2020’s The Cult of Remute through the publishing company. Pre-orders for both cartridges will begin here on February 20. The Technoptimistic cartridge, which is compatible with the Sega Mega Drive / Sega Genesis, will be limited to 1,999 copies, and it will include the exclusive bonus track “Volatile,” a reversible poster, an autograph card signed by DJ Remute, a spaceship papercraft, and a manual. The Cult of Remute cartridge, which runs on a Super Nintendo, will include the exclusive bonus track “Morbid,” a large poster, an autograph card signed by DJ Remute, a lenticular card, and a manual. Both albums were previously released for their respective consoles upon launch.

DJ Remute spent last year releasing Electronic Lifestyle, which runs on a PC-Engine and TurboGrafx16, and Living Electronics, which runs on the Game Boy. On March 25, DJ Remute will release R64, which will run on the Nintendo 64. Pre-orders can be made here.
