Sega announces Japan-only Mega Drive Mini 2 retro console

Sega will go back in time with another exciting retro console.
Announced yesterday, the Mega Drive Mini 2 will include 50 classic Sega games, including Shining Force CD, Sonic CD, and a new Mega Drive port of Fantasy Zone. An announcement trailer can be seen below along with the first 11 games announced.
The console will only be released on October 27 in Japan for 10,978 yen ($84). There’s no word if this console will be released outside of Japan. More information about the console can be found here.
The first Mega Drive Mini was released back in 2019 with titles such as Castlevania: Bloodlines, Mega Man: The Wily Wars, and World of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck.
