Last year, Sean Townsend wowed everyone with their Killswitch Engage piano tribute album Chillswitch Engage. Now, they’re taking things a bit deeper with their brand new covers album.

Townsend has unveiled their piano tribute of Killswitch Engage’s 2004 studio album The End of Heartache, which you can hear below. The album became the band’s first to feature both vocalist Howard Jones and drummer and drummer Justin Foley. Peaking at number 21 on the Billboard Top 200 chart, the 12-track album also became the band’s first record to spawn a Grammy nomination and gain Gold status in the United States.

Earlier this year, Townsend unveiled the five-song EP One Last Embrace, which you can stream on Spotify.

Since 2009, MP3s and NPCs owner Terrance Pryor has written about music, conventions, cosplay, and video games for publications such as AXS, Examiner, Fake Walls, and Ranker. Based out of Los Angeles, the former rock concert promoter/radio host can be seen talking about rock music on AXS TV’s Music’s Greatest Mysteries and discussing music and whatever else on their Black Man Talks Rock channel on YouTube.
