Metallica will be performing two massive shows inside San Francisco’s Chase Center, and they’re giving fans around the world the chance to witness these special shows celebrating the band’s 40th anniversary.

Announced today, the band will livestream their performances on December 17 and December 19 on Amazon Music’s Twitch channel. Fans can also watch the sets on Amazon Music and Prime Video. The livestreams will begin each day on 12 a.m. EST/9 p.m. PST. Following the two performances, both livestreams will be available exclusively through The Coda Collection/Prime Video Channel in 2022.

Metallica have been working on their 11th studio album. The band’s last release was 2016’s Hardwired... to Self-Destruct, which became the band’s sixth consecutive studio album to top the Billboard charts.
