Hollow Knight: Silksong's release date is finally announced

Over five years after being announced, an official release date for Hollow Knight: Silksong has been unveiled.
Yesterday, it was revealed that the highly anticipated Metroidvania game will be released on September 4 on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC. The game will also arrive day one on Xbox Game Pass. A release date trailer can be seen here. Since the trailer or announcement doesn’t have the year attached, many fans are joking that it’ll actually arrive in the next few years on September 4.
