HIDIVE to simulcast season two of The Eminence in Shadow (subbed and dubbed) this fall

Anime streaming service HIDIVE has revealed when fans will be able to catch season two of The Eminence in Shadow.

Announced today, the show will return this October. In a first for the streaming service, The Eminence in Shadow will simulcast in both subbed and dubbed formats. A new subbed trailer for the show can be seen below.

This weekend, Anime Expo will host the world premieres of episode one subbed (July 1) and dubbed (July 4). More information about the premieres as well as HIDIVE’s plans for Anime Expo can be made here.

A synopsis for the show reads:

Everything has been going according to plan, but the hour of awakening draws near. Cid Kageno and Shadow Garden investigate the Lawless City, a cesspool where the red moon hangs low in the sky and three powerful monarchs rule the streets. The true draw for Cid, however, is one who can draw blood–the Blood Queen, a vampire who has slumbered in her coffin for eons. Her awakening approaches, and Cid could finally face a day of reckoning.

Season one of The Eminence in Shadow can be streamed on HIDIVE right now here.
