Ecco The Dolphin is coming back

Beloved 90s video game series Ecco The Dolphin is making a comeback.

Revealed today, A&R Atelier are officially working on several Ecco The Dolphin games and projects. Last year, it was revealed that the company had plans for a new Ecco The Dolphin game as well as remasters of the first two games in the series (1992’s Ecco The Dolphin and 1994’s Ecco: The Tides of Time). A&R Atelier was founded by the creators of Ecco The Dolphin.

Ed Annunziata, Chief Creative Officer of A&R Atelier said this about bringing the video game character back:

"It has been years in the making and we're honored to bring Ecco back. Ecco has always been more than a game about a dolphin—he's a bridge between worlds."

A new Ecco The Dolphin website can be seen here. A new Discord server where fans can get updates on these projects can be found here.
