Chrono Cross is getting remastered for a new generation of RPG fans.

Announced today, Chrono Cross: The Radical Dreams Edition will be released on April 7 via the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. This will be the first time Chrono Cross will be available in Europe. The remastered version of Chrono Cross includes new artwork and character redesign by Nobuteru Yuuki, retouched background music by Yasunori Mitsuda, turning off enemy encounters, and the ability to play with the original graphics.

Alongside the remastered version of Chrono Cross comes Radical Dreamers, which is a text-based game released in 1996. Released on the Satellaview, Radical Dreamers was exclusive for the Japanese market. The game became a major influence for Chrono Cross with various elements being used in the title.
