Do you love The Legend of Zelda? Are you a fan of Christmas carols? if you said “yes” to both questions, your new favorite Christmas album has arrived thanks to videogame music record label Materia Collective.

A Merry Hyrule Christmas brings together Zelda lore and Christmas music for one intriguing release. The album features arrangements done by Eric Buchholz, Kyle Martin, Wayne Strange, and David Russell. When it comes to the release, Buchholz, who is the lead arranger/producer of the release, stated:

A Merry Hyrule Christmas is the first album to combine music from The Legend of Zelda franchise with classic holiday tunes of various genres. We have Zelda music with a Christmas twist, as well as Christmas music with a Zelda twist!. My goal was to create an album of videogame music that could blend in seamlessly with classic holiday tunes. I love the idea of folks being able to 'trick' their parents, grandparents, and family into listening to videogame music—without them realizing it!”

The album is available right now via all digital stores.
