A synopsis for Yunyun Syndrome!? Rhythm Psychosis reads:

Ever heard of Yunyun, the angelic internet sensation? No? How!? Avid anonymous poster (and possibly psychotic shut-in) Qtie aims to change that by spreading Yunyun love on social media until the entire planet matches her obsession. Spread degenerate copypasta across the web by tapping out love notes on her keyboard to the tunes of 30+ intense denpa tracks.

One itty bitty, kind of important detail…Yunyun might not exist. While Qtie’s feelings are real, the winged wonder may be a figment of her imagination. Navigate music-induced fantasies as she attempts to win the affections of her soon-to-be sweetheart. Somehow, this parasocial situationship may lead to the destruction of the world. Oh well, all is fair in love and war, and if Qtie can’t secure Yunyun’s affections… no one can.
