Wargroove 1 + 2 to get limited physical release on Nintendo Switch
Wargroove and its 2023 sequel will get a special physical release for the Nintendo Switch.
Announced today, Wargroove 1 + 2 will be released physically through Super Rare Games with 4,000 copies available. Pre-orders will go live on Thursday, May 16 at 10 a.m. PST/1 p.m. EST here. Each purchase includes both games in one cartridge, two exclusive stickers, two sets of trading card packs (one for each game), and an exclusive postcard. A trading card booster pack (limited to 800 packs) will also be available here.
A synopsis for Wargroove 1 + 2 reads:
Take to the battlefield with Wargroove, a strategy game for up to 4 players! Choose your Commander and battle warring factions. Design and share maps, cut-scenes, and campaigns with editors and customization tools.
Embark on an all-new adventure in Wargroove 2, filled with unlikely friendships, unknown adversaries, and ugly revenge plots. Wage war against your foes with a cast of new Commanders and utilise their new tiered ‘groove’ ability system to sway the fight in your favour.
