U.K. alternative rock band Adult Leisure release new single "All For You"
U.K. alternative rock band Adult Leisure has unveiled their new single "All For You" today.
The single, which stems from the band’s forthcoming EP Present State of Joy and Grief, comes with a music video filmed and edited by Sam East. The band said this about the new track:
“Although the theme of self-reflection is rife throughout ‘Present State Of Joy & Grief’, our 2nd single ‘All For You’ looks upon a fragmented bond, infidelity and loss. We wanted to tell a unique yet completely universal story. Every moment of heartbreak captured across 4 minutes.”
Present State of Joy and Grief, which follows Adult Leisure’s 2022 debut EP The Weekend Ritual, arrives on November 10. The four-track release was recorded, produced and mixed by Ollie Searle at Humm Studios and mastered by Grant Berry (Boston Manor, Deaf Havana, Lottery Winners). Adult Leisure said this about their forthcoming release, which can be pre-saved here:
“When we began working on what would become Present State, we set out to create a cohesive body of work that felt true to the band we are now and the place that we’re at in our lives. Lathered in waves of self reflection and acceptance of life’s heavy hands, our sophomore EP is drenched in honesty, whilst full of groove and fury in equal measure.”
Adult Leisure will celebrate the EP with a sold-out release show at The Exchange in Bristol on November 10. The band will also support Steve Mason at Bristol’s Thekla on December 13.
