To You in the Beyond trailer released

Anime fans can get a glimpse of forthcoming film To You in the Beyond.
Today, a minute-long trailer dropped, which can be seen below. The trailer arrives after the film had its international world premiere at Anime Expo earlier this month. Four new cast members have also be revealed for the upcoming film Sumire Uesaka voices Tamaki Mishima, Wataru Hatano plays Shuji Aiba, Nobuhiko Okamoto voices Akimitsu Yano, and Yoshitsugu Matsuoka portrays Yoshiki Suka.
A synopsis for To You in the Beyond reads:
On the lush, remote Tokishima lies a mysterious place known as the “Spirited Away Cove.”
After leaving the city due to personal circumstances, high school student Kazuki Tsukigase begins a new life on the island. One early summer day, he discovers an unconscious girl at the cove.
Her name is Nanao Aika.
Claiming to have come from the year 1974, Nanao is taken in by Kazuki and a man named Takatsu, who happens to be at the cove when they find her. Intrigued by the mysterious girl, Kazuki begins visiting her after school, until one day Nanao reveals a shocking truth.
When the past and the present converge, the future of two people bound by hidden secrets begins to unfold.
To You in the Beyond will make its way to Japanese theaters on October 9. International theatrical release dates will be unveiled soon. More information about the film can be found here.
