Throbbing Gristle to reissue 'TGCD1' and 'The Third Mind Movements'

Influential industrial band Throbbing Gristle will reissue two albums this summer.
Announced today, the band will reissue TGCD1 and The Third Mind Movements on August 23 via Mute. Both releases will land on vinyl for the first time ever. TGCD1 will land on CD for the first time since 1986. The reissue will feature the original sleeve notes by the band. Pre-orders for TGCD1 can be made here.
The Third Mind Movements, which was originally available during the band’s final U.S. tour in 2009, will be available commercially on CD for the first time. The release features a slew of live recordings made at their Desertshore Installation sessions. The eight-minute “The Third Mind: First Movement” can be heard here.
