They Hate Change announce debut album 'Finally, New,' release new single “From The Floor (ft. DJ GAY-Z)"
Tampa Bay hip-hop duo They Hate Change have announced their debut studio album today.
Finally, New will be unveiled on May 13 via Jagjaguwar. The first single from the record titled “From The Floor,” which features DJ GAY-Z is available on digital services right now. They Hate Change said this about the new cut and its accompanying music video:
““From the Floor” is an ode to Florida car culture, parking lot Electro parties, Miami Bass and Breakbeat Hardcore. We play narrator roles in the video, describing the scene as spectators, admirers, and occasional participants, while our unnamed main character plays it cool behind the wheel, unbothered by the party springing up around his classic Chevy. The sound and look for a modern Florida, for 2022 and beyond.”
Pre-orders for Finally, New are live right now.
