The Weeknd breaks record for most charting songs on Global 200 chart by a solo male artist

The Weeknd has broken a major record thanks to their new studio album Dawn FM.

Today, Republic Records announced the artist broke the record for the most charting songs on the Global 200 chart by a solo male artist with 24 songs. The current Global 200 chart shows “Sacrifice” hitting number two while “Take My Breath” holds the number 10 spot. While previous hits such as “Blinding Lights” and “Save Your Tears” are still dominating the charts, “Lost In The Fire” and “Die For You” found themselves re-entering the chart this week.

Dawn FM has been topping charts worldwide without having a physical copy. The record has gained over 500 million streams globally since its release.

A tour in support of the album will be announced soon.
