The Voodoo Children (JT Daly) release debut single "Caroline"

After 15 years performing with Paper Route, Grammy-nominated songwriter/producer JT Daly is ready to unveil his new project The Voodoo Children.
Yesterday, Daly unveiled the project’s debut single “Caroline,” which can be heard below. "At some point in everyone’s life they reach a point where they emotionally max out. They go numb and are faced with the absoluteness of - evolve or die. When this happens it’s always best to have friends around. 'Caroline' is a song about reminding someone … it’s never gonna feel this way again,” Daly said in a statement.
The song, which can be streamed/downloaded here, stems from The Voodoo Children’s debut studio album Instant Nostalgia, which will be released later this year. The first part of Instant Nostalgia will be released as an EP this spring. The record includes collaborations with Sad Penny’s Jo Meredith, K.Flay, New Radicals’ Gregg Alexander, Oran Thornton, Josh Lippi, Bantug, Abby Wright, Bandit’s Angela Plake, Josh Lovell, and Daniel Tashian.
Since 2009, MP3s and NPCs owner Terrance Pryor has written about music, conventions, cosplay, and video games for publications such as AXS, Examiner, Fake Walls, and Ranker. Based out of Los Angeles, the former rock concert promoter/radio host can be seen talking about rock music on AXS TV’s Music’s Greatest Mysteries and discussing music and whatever else on their Black Man Talks Rock channel on YouTube.
