The Cool Kids team up with DeuxMetresCubes for special Minecraft world based in Los Angeles

Chicago hip-hop duo The Cool Kids are headed to the universe of Minecraft thanks to DeuxMetresCubes.
Announced today, the collaboration will have fans of the music act searching for new tunes from their forthcoming triple album Before Shit Got Weird. Based in Los Angeles, several minigames will be available in this world, including visiting the Dapper Dan Harlem shop and racing friends in a lowrider.
To get involved, fans must own the Java version of Minecraft, which is available here on Windows, Linux, and MacOS. The world will open up at 9 p.m. EST/6 p.m. PST. More information can be found on the official website.
Before Shit Got Weird will feature a solo album from each member of The Cool Kids (Chuck Inglish’s Chillout and Sir Michael Rocks’ Baby Oil Staircase) along with a collaborative album. More information about the release will be unveiled soon.
