New Order release new single "Be A Rebel"

New Order have released their first new music since 2015’s Music Complete today.

The track “Be A Rebel” was originally set for release around their North American tour with Pet Shop Boys. Unfortunately, the coronavirus changed those plans. Instead of putting the song on the shelf, they decided to release it for their fans. “In tough times we wanted to reach out with a new song. We can’t play live for a while, but music is still something we can all share together. We hope you enjoy it… until we meet again,” vocalist Bernard Sumner said in a statement.

New Order are set to release the Power, Corruption & Lies boxset on October 2. This boxset will feature the album remastered for the first time from the original analogue tape masters. Pre-orders are available here.
