Fallout, My Friend Pedro to gain TV adaptations

Two more video games will be given the live-action TV show treatment.

Fallout and My Friend Pedro will both have TV adaptations in the future. As reported by Variety, the creators of Westworld will be handling the Fallout series, which is being released on Amazon Video. In a press statement, Bethesda Game Studios executive producer Todd Howard said:

“Over the last decade, we looked at many ways to bring ‘Fallout’ to the screen. But it was clear from the moment I first spoke with Jonah and Lisa a few years ago, that they and the team at Kilter were the ones to do it right. We’re enormous fans of their work and couldn’t be more excited to work with them and Amazon Studios.”

My Friend Pedro’s TV series will be worked on by John Wick creator Derek Kolstad. As reported by The Hollywood Reporter, this will be a half-hour dramedy for mature audiences. Released last year, My Friend Pedro was nominated for Fresh Indie Game at The Game Awards.
