SMITE announces Stranger Things crossover
SMITE will soon collide with the world of Stranger Things.
Announced at Summer Game Fest, the two worlds will officially meet up on July 13. The limited-time event will allow SMITE players to take down their foes as Eleven, Hopper, the Demogorgon, and the Mind Flayer. The event will also turn the Battleground of the Gods into the chaotic Upside Down dimension. Aside from playing as new characters, players will get to unlock various cosmetics through the Stranger Things battle pass. Buying the battle pass will automatically unlock Hopper.
An announcement trailer can be seen below. Fans will be able to get a closer look at the crossover event during the SMITE Update Show, which will be held on June 23 at 3:00 p.m. EST/12 p.m. PST on SMITE’s official Twitch channel.
