Prog metal band Haken celebrate Valentine's Day with new single "Lovebite"
Prog metal band Haken are celebrating Valentine's Day today with their new single "Lovebite."
Vocalist Ross Jennings said this about the new single, which comes with a Crystal Spotlight-produced music video:
“What better song to put out on this fine valentine’s day than one about the Black Widow Spider mating ritual… This is the Phil Collins inspired upbeat love song in 11/8 with Cannibal Corpse inspired lyrics that you never knew you needed!”
“Lovebite” comes from Haken’s forthcoming studio album Fauna, which will be released on March 3 via Insideoutmusic. Pre-orders for the album can be found here.
Haken will be touring Europe later this month followed by a trek across North America this spring with Arch Echo. Tour dates can be seen below. Tickets are on sale to the general public here.
