Primus have announced their only full band performance of 2020.

Revealed today, the group will have a livestreamed concert on December 11 at 9 p.m. EST/6 p.m. PST. Titled Alive From Pachyderm Station, the event will take place at Les Claypool’s winery Claypool Cellars, which is based in Sebastopol, California. In a statement, Claypool said:

“Strange, eclectically wonderful things tend to happen when the three of us get in a room together with our instruments. This will be an intimate and casual performance between three longtime friends as opposed to an elaborate ‘show.’ Primus in the raw.”

Early bird tickets are on sale right now here through December 3 for $15. On December 4, tickets will increase to $20. You can also pick up some exclusive merch here. If you’re looking to spend big bucks, the After Slurp Pachyderm Package with Les Claypool includes a special Q&A session with Claypool following the performance, a limited edition foil poster, a face mask, and a virtual ticket. If you missed the stream or want to watch it again, it’ll be available on-demand for 72 hours after its initial airing.

Primus’ last studio album was 2017’s The Desaturating Seven, which peaked at number two on the Top Alternative Albums chart and number three on the Top Rock Albums chart.

Since 2009, MP3s and NPCs owner Terrance Pryor has written about music, conventions, cosplay, and video games for publications such as AXS, Examiner, Fake Walls, and Ranker. Based out of Los Angeles, the former rock concert promoter/radio host can be seen talking about rock music on AXS TV’s Music’s Greatest Mysteries and discussing music and whatever else on their Black Man Talks Rock channel on YouTube.
