Warhammer fans can now pre-register for the forthcoming tactical RPG Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus.

Announced yesterday at Games Workshop’s Warhammer Skulls event, pre-registrations can be made on Google Play, the App Store, and the Galaxy Store. All pre-registrations will gain the first recruits pack when the game launches. A pre-registration trailer can be seen below.

A synopsis for the game reads:

At the heart of Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus lies a richly detailed tactical game, played out as intense fast-paced skirmishes in PVE campaigns and tightly competitive PVP battles, as well as massively collaborative guild boss fights. With a deep and ever-expanding story penned by renowned Warhammer writer Matt Forbeck, Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus will tell stories across factions, as players build and customize their armies with epic and legendary units from the Ultramarines, Necrons, Adepta Sororitas, Black Legion, and many more to be revealed. Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus has something for every type of player.

The factions available to play at the start are Ultramarines, Necrons, Black Legion, Black Templars, Orks, Death Guard, Adepta Sororitas, and Astra Militarum. More factions will be released in th future. More information about the game can be found here.
