Pixel Gun 2 coming to mobile phones and PC in 2026
The sequel to 2013’s hit game Pixel Gun 3D will be unveiled next year.
The game will launch on mobile phones and PC (via Steam) in 2026. Currently in development, Pixel Gun 2 will feature cross-platform play and cross-progression via a solo account. A new teaser can be seen here. The announcement arrives during the 12th anniversary celebration of Pixel Gun 3D, which has earned $230 million since its release. Pixel Gun 3D will still gain updates alongside Pixel Gun 2.
Dmitry Amroyan, CEO of Cubic Games said this about the forthcoming sequel:
“Pixel Gun 3D proved that a mobile‑first shooter could grow into a global, multi‑platform community. Pixel Gun 2 unifies that community so friends can squad up anywhere –phone, PC, or eventually console – without starting over.”
A synopsis for Pixel Gun 2 reads:
