Philadelphia emo band Sweet Pill release "Dog Song" music video
Philadelphia emo band Sweet Pill unveiled their music video for "Dog Song” yesterday.
Much like the song, the visual, which was directed by Midvessel (Jesus Piece, Better Lovers), revolves around those beloved four-legged friends. Vocalist Zayna Youssef said this about the visual:
"This vid is so special because it has all of our babies! It features the illustrious Muffin Youssef, my 14 year-old shih-tzu, accompanied by Honey Williams, and Ruby McCall.
"Dog Song" is sung from the POV of a dog chasing its own tail, looking upon a fast-paced world moving at a blur. Our friends and fans brought their dogs to the shoot to showcase their cute and friendly pups, giving us a chance to hang out and see the world from these pups' POVs."
“Dog Song” stems from Sweet Pill’s latest studio album Where the Heart Is, which is out now via Topshelf Records.
