Phil LaMarr, Scott Snyder added to San Diego Comic-Con 2022
Six more guests have been added to the 2022 installment of San Diego Comic-Con today.
In the comic book side, writers Scott Snyder (Batman, Detective Comics, Justice League) and Amy Chu (Poison Ivy, Wonder Woman), cartoonist Barbara "Willy" Mendes (Queen of Cosmos Comix), and comic strip creator Tom Batiuk (Funky Winkerbean) will head to the convention. For anime fans, mecha anime artist Hidetaka Tenjin (Macross Zero, Gundam Evolve) will also appear at San Diego Comic-Con. Voice actor Phil LaMarr (Justice League, Futurama, Samurai Jack) rounds out the newly announced guests.
Previously announced guests from San Diego Comic-Con include Babylon 5 creator J. Michael Straczynski, Keeper of the Lost Cities writer Shannon Messenger, and Bone author Jeff Smith. The full list of special guests can be found here.
San Diego Comic-Con 2022 will take place at the San Diego Convention Center from July 21 through July 24 with a preview night on July 20.
