Ozzy Osbourne is giving fans a closer look at the production of their new studio album Patient Number 9.

Yesterday, the rock legend dropped the first part of their behind-the-scenes series, which will be split into three installments. The series will feature interviews with Osbourne, Patient Number 9 producer Andrew Watt, Sharon Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Zakk Wylde, Robert Trujillo, Chad Smith, Duff McKagan, and Mike McCready. The series, which was created and produced by Jack Osbourne, features interviews by British journalist Phil Alexander. Episode two will drop next Friday (September 23).

Patient Number 9, which is out right now, follows Osbourne’s 2020 studio album Ordinary Man, which was the artist’s eight top 10 debut as a solo artist. The 13-track album marks the first time Iommi appeared on a solo album by Osbourne. The artist recently promoted the release of the album with a performance at the Los Angeles Rams-Buffalo Bills game, which can be viewed here.

Since 2009, MP3s and NPCs owner Terrance Pryor has written about music, conventions, cosplay, and video games for publications such as AXS, Examiner, Fake Walls, and Ranker. Based out of Los Angeles, the former rock concert promoter/radio host can be seen talking about rock music on AXS TV’s Music’s Greatest Mysteries and discussing music and whatever else on their Black Man Talks Rock channel on YouTube.
