Avant-pop artist Nora Schjelderup b.k.a. Ora The Molecule will deliver their sophomore album next year.

Announced today, Dance Therapy is slated for a March 21 release via Mute. The first single from the record titled “Løveskatt” comes with a music video created by Ludvig Holmen, which can be seen here. Schjelderup said this about the new song:

“Løveskatt is about being in love and wanting to build a home and create a nest with your loved one. You know, just a basic human need.”

While Dance Therapy is their sophomore album, the artist has a different view about it:

“I feel like this is my debut. It’s more me.”

While Ora the Molecule’s debut album Human Safari felt more like a trio to some, Dance Therapy finds Nora taking full control of things as they produced, wrote, and recorded the entire record with some co-production assistance from Mathias Risdal on a few tracks. Dance Therapy can be pre-ordered here.
