nothing, nowhere. releases new single "nightmare,” announces 2020 spring North American tour

Months after the release of their Bloodlust EP, nothing, nowhere. has unveiled a new song titled "nightmare” today. The inspiration for the song came from an iconic Prince movie. “I wrote ‘nightmare’ while I was watching Purple Rain every night with the lights out. For days I would put the movie on mute and just be inspired by the visuals and the vibe. The final product seems like some sort of dystopian 80’s Miami Beach fever dream. Songs like these are the reason I love making music and pushing myself out of my comfort zone,” the artist said in a statement. The music video for the tune, which you can see below, was directed by Patrick Lawler.

nothing, nowhere. has also released dates for their forthcoming North American headlining tour. Kicking off on April 14, the trek hits up major cities such as Philadelphia, Los Angeles, and Chicago. Joining the tour as support are Danger Incorporated, Ro Ransom, and Bogues. You can check out their tour dates below.

Tickets for the trek go on sale to the general public this Friday (January 31) at noon EST. If you’re looking to spend a bit more, VIP packages include a 30-minute guided meditation led by nothing, nowhere. followed by a Q&A with vegan food provided.
