Nitzer Ebb, Chelsea Wolfe, HEALTH to headline Los Angeles' Substance Festival 2021

Restless Nites and Live Nation are joining forces for a three-day music festival celebrating the best in electronic, post-punk, and darkwave.
Substance Festival will take over The Belasco from Friday, November 26 through Sunday, November 28. Friday will be headlined by Chelsea Wolfe with support from acts such as Emma Ruth Rundle, Ceremony, and King Woman. Saturday will have Nitzer Ebb as the headliner with support from Lingua Ignota, VR SEX, and Fawns Of Love. Sunday will close things with a headlining performance from HEALTH with support from Riki, Lydia Lunch, and a soon-to-be-announced special guest. The full lineup can be seen below.
