Nintendo Switch Online announces three new Sega Genesis titles for Expansion Pack

Three new Sega Genesis titles are hitting the Nintendo Switch Online’s Expansion Pack today.

Released in 1995, Light Crusader was developed by Treasure, who are best known for titles such as Gunstar Heroes and Sin and Punishment. The title follows Sir David’s journey into finding missing people in Green Row.

Released in 1992, Super Fantasy Zone was the final title in the Fantasy Zone series. The game didn’t arrive in North America until 2008 via the Virtual Console. Super Fantasy Zone helped make boss rushes a thing in gaming.

Unveiled in 1995, Alien Solider was only released via the Sega Channel in North America. The game’s tough difficulty was a major issue for many critics and gamers alike. Due to a low production, the game’s cartridge is a rarity.

Since 2009, MP3s and NPCs owner Terrance Pryor has written about music, conventions, cosplay, and video games for publications such as AXS, Examiner, Fake Walls, and Ranker. Based out of Los Angeles, the former rock concert promoter/radio host can be seen talking about rock music on AXS TV’s Music’s Greatest Mysteries and discussing music and whatever else on their Black Man Talks Rock channel on YouTube.
