Night Tempo to headline City Pop Night at The Fonda Theatre on December 21

Retro producer Night Tempo will make their way to Los Angeles for a special evening of city pop goodness.

Announced yesterday, the artist will headline The Fonda Theatre on Wednesday, December 21 for the inaugural City Pop Night event. Joining Night Tempo for this concert are Huntington Beach’s Ginger Root and JQ from Japanese pop rock band Nulbarich with a DJ set. Aside from the great music, there will also be a great selection of Japanese food. Attendees will also have a chance win 50,000 miles from Japan Airlines.

The folks behind City Pop Night said this about the event:

“Our mission is to bridge the Japanese culture to the US. We understand City Pop music has become popular through the recent years and hope the music can open doors to understanding the culture more.”

Tickets for the show are on sale to the general public here. More information about City Pop Night can be found here.
